Lyn's background.

My wife Linda Towndrow studied at Watford college and is qualified in bakery confectionery and cake design. She has worked in several hotels and bakeries. Linda specialises in cake making. She has over 30 years experience and loves designing and creating different cakes that are personal to the client. Linda is diabetic and coeliac, so she also knows how to cater for different allergies and intolerance's, she can make cakes as individual as the person.
